Taking a look at your fence when you wash it will help keep small cracks and chips that are easily repaired from turning into larger problems down the road. Walking the fence line is also a great way to check for leaning posts or areas that may be sinking or shifting. If you have a leaning post, it would need to be reset before it can affect the rest of the structure. This seems like an easy fix but determining why it was leaning is important to ensure you do not have the same problem in the future.
