Why Architects use Precast Concrete Fences

Architects often maintain a direct line of communication with contractors and property owners and are faced with the responsibility of answering all of their questions. They need a product they can rely on to provide the look their clients’ desire and the quality product their clients demand while also making sure the selected product fits within a budget that makes everyone happy. At Hilltop Concrete we know that architects have a tough job, so whether searching for material only options or full-turnkey services, we strive to make selecting precast fence solutions as easy and streamlined as possible. Below are some of the reasons why architects choose to use Hilltop Concrete’s precast concrete fence systems.

Product quality - Architects put their name on the line with each project they design, therefore, they need to be able to rely on a product that stands the test of time and can deliver what it promises. We take great pride in all of our precast concrete fence components and stand behind the quality and durability of each of our products. Additionally, we manufacture all of our precast concrete products with 5,000 psi strength concrete. Our confidence in our products is something that we can relay to an architect who can then relay that confidence to their clients.

Product samples - We understand that there is no substitute for being able to see, touch, and understand our products in real life. That is why we offer product and color samples upon request for any of our clients. This benefit helps provide the architect with the ability to view the aesthetic features of our products up close and be able to visually determine how well our precast concrete fence systems will work with other products or features of their project. In turn, the architect is better equipped to answer any questions their clients may have.

Installation Guides - Although Hilltop Concrete provides full-turnkey services for all of our clients, we know that architects need the ability to see and understand how our precast concrete fence systems are installed. Architects are not only responsible for finding high-quality, well designed and well-priced products but they have to ensure that the products they chose are easy to install. If the installation is unclear or difficult, it can lead to questions of uncertainty and end up a deal-breaker in the end. To help alleviate these questions, we offer our architects a step-by-step installation guide and will schedule a time to meet to go over each installation step to guarantee installation clarity.

Product Specs - Providing specs may seem like a no-brainer, however, it never fails that when they are needed, they can be difficult to find. At Hilltop Concrete, we understand how important it is to have product specs available whenever they may be needed. Our clients are always welcome to view product specifications on our website or reach out by phone or email if they need additional information.

Planning & Zoning - Permitting, zoning ordinances and regulations can greatly affect what an architect is allowed to build on a project. Hilltop Concrete’s dedicated team works closely with architects to ensure they have all of the information and documentation needed to help ease the stress of these requirements and help make sure there are no limitations down the line that may impede a project’s schedule. Our team is also skilled in working with city permit and zoning departments to help understand city-specific requirements and help expedite the process to get permit approval as quickly as possible.
