Written by Chris Miller | Sep 3, 2021 1:26:23 PM

At Hilltop Concrete, we work together as a team every day to get better at our roles and to provide to always provide a better outcome for our customers. We have 3 key elements that allow us to do so. Allow me to introduce the Hilltop Concrete Team.

Chris Miller

President

With over 20 years of experience in the precast concrete fence industry, Chris has worked at every level of the precast concrete industry. From the production of the precast fence product to operating the front desk, installing the systems in the field, and everything else in between, Chris created his business from the ground up.

“I am honored to work with the team we have at Hilltop Concrete. Everyone truly cares for the team member next to them and we all work together to achieve and surpass our customer's expectation.”

Chris is happily married to his wife for over 19 years, and they have four beautiful children together. Many times the ‘Miller herd,’ as they are referred to around the office, can be seen at our work having fun with the team and bringing a sense of joy, life, and NOISE to everyone around. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and just about anything outdoors. He also has the mind-boggling ability to never get sunburned.

Fun Fact: There is ALWAYS Silly Putty on Chris’s desk.

Jenifer Sikes

Jeni is Hilltop Concrete’s Operations Manager. She is passionate about working alongside our clients to build lasting relationships and making sure their experience with Hilltop Concrete is as simple as possible. She believes that the needs of our clients are priority number one and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure they know that! Jeni also oversees our crews to ensure all of our projects operate smoothly.

“It is amazing to work for a company that values its employees and customers the way Hilltop Concrete does. We all work together as a team to meet and exceed each of our customer's individual needs. I truly could not think of a better place to be!”

Jeni was born and raised by her mom in East Texas with her two brothers. She started her family after high school and lived in the Tyler area until moving to the Houston area for two years. Missing extended family and the “country” lifestyle, Jeni and her family returned to East Texas. Outside of work, Jeni can usually be found at home with her family where they raise a menagerie of animals on their small homestead farm. If not at home, Jeni and her family are usually involved with FFA, band, youth sports, or boy scouts. Jeni’s unique skills include being able to talk a lot and binge-watching Netflix.

Fun Fact: Jeni cannot whistle.

As an Administrative Assistant for the office, Autumn is usually the first person you meet. She is professional, friendly, and dedicated to making sure every client’s needs are met in a timely fashion. Using her previous experience in the clerical field, she assists in scheduling and organizing client information to allow others to focus on their client’s needs.

“When I quit my job right before the pandemic began, I never imagined I would find such an amazing opportunity just a few months later. What I thought was a terrible mistake, became the best decision I’ve made for my career and family.”

Autumn has lived in East Texas most of her life. She spends most of her free time with family and friends. As the mom of 3 boys, a large amount of that time is spent outside fishing, other activities that tend to leave you covered in dirt or involve fire.
